Wow, I’ve been gone for quite a while. Thank you to everyone that’s managed to hang around and patiently wait for my return.
Long story short, life happened.
I have realized that I was a little too ambitious at the start of Veronica Cultivating Life, hoping to post multiple times a week, while maintaining a full-time job (with advancement) and navigating my life as my kids grew… Guess what, I’m an empty-nester now. How bittersweet.
Frankly, all this, has been a lot and I fell off the documenting train. That’s not to say I stopped cooking and adapting recipes, quite the contrary. My love of and desire to share food has remained, but I needed to take this step away to grow and to set realistic expectations for myself.
With my return I hope to share my thoughts and recipes with you all on a weekly basis. This will allow me time to develop or adapt a recipe, share it with coworkers and family, get feedback back and move forward with everything. The overwhelming support I have felt from people around me is unmatched and unconditional. They are excited for me to move back into this journey and share my passion.
