  • 5 Red Peppers, cored
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Not much to get together.

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 450 F.
  2. While the oven preheats, take your peppers and core them. Placing them face down on a parchment paper lined pan.
  3. Drizzle Peppers with Olive Oil and rub, to evenly distribute oil over peppers, again placing cut side down on the parchment lined pan.
  4. Place oiled Peppers into the preheated oven, cook for 25 minutes.
  5. After 25 minutes, the peppers will look chared. Carefully remove them from the pan and into a heat safe bowl, cover and rest for 20 – 30 minutes.
  6. After the peppers have steamed, carefully remove the skin, place into a smaller bowl with lid. Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
